he has all kinds of smart
cards included license cards and regular cards and contract cards which
will need to be updated at a irregular time, as the code changes for the
satellite reception. He charges 300 yuan to upgrade or exchange your card when
the code changes.
If you don't want that hassle he can sell you a card
from overseas, the cost is 1200 RMB, and you won't have to go through the
occasional hassle of going without a signal, which happens to everyone who gets
