User's Guide :
1).When you are not in or business trip to outside, maybe you worry about whether it's safe when keep your electric equipments  electricity ,of course you will choose shut down all electricity when you close your door left your home.

our products also can be shut down. you can get some skills when you are back from outside!

1). Firstly, You can pull out plug out of your electric socket, including your router and modem and satellite receiver's plug can be pulled out of sockets when you go outside!

2). when you come back and want to watch satellite tv programs,you can do that as fellows,

plug on your modem and router and plug on your satellite receiver, wait a few minutes later, all the channels will be available.

if all the programs not available,maybe your internet or satellite cable connections is not good, please choose "spanner"" in memu,and choose second item,that's satellite finder,you can check satellite signal,if signal is locked means you big dish no problem,then you choose advanced configuration,choose the first item and press "ok" check your internet is ok or not.When your ip Show"192.168.1.102 "means it's normal then you can left menu by click"exit "soon you can watch your favorite channels. if not come all the programs and you can restart your receiver by press red Button "power" on the top of your remote contraller and show menu  on tv screen and choose "enigma" press "ok", thus restart your receiver and you can watch your channels.

if still no picture ,maybe your speed of internet is not fast enough,thus led to blank screen and need wait a few minutes or even several hours ,because your internet's speed is not good, our products made in Germany. you don't worry about our product's quality.
